This orthopedic addition to regular shoes (OVAC) is ideal for individuals suffering from hallux rigidus, hallux limitus, or metatarsalgia. Placing the SpryStep Footplate under an existing insole provides extra forefoot rigidity and roll-off without compromising the comfort and fit of the shoe. This is essential for offering immediate pain relief and preventing further issues, such as excessive wear or discomfort in the forefoot and toes. The insole minimizes forefoot roll-off, reducing the strain on the forefoot and transverse arch, thereby alleviating complaints. Which Insole Size is Suitable for Me (Adults and Children)?

The insole is available for both children and adults, and for the left or right foot. Measure the bottom of your foot and refer to the size chart below to find the recommended size.

If necessary, the insole can be easily trimmed to size with sharp scissors, using the standard insole as a template. This ensures the insole fits perfectly in the shoe and provides optimal comfort.

However, note that the insole is only suitable for shoes with a maximum heel height of 4 cm and a good instep closure—therefore not for slip-ons, pumps, or high-heeled boots.
