Which insole size is suitable for me (adults and children)?
The insole is available for both children and adults, and for the left or right foot. Measure the bottom of your foot and refer to the size chart below to find the recommended size. If necessary, the insole can be trimmed to size with sharp scissors, using the standard insole as a template. This ensures the insole fits perfectly in the shoe and provides optimal comfort.
However, note that the insole is only suitable for shoes with a maximum heel height of 4 cm and a good instep closure therefore not for slip-ons, pumps, or high-heeled boots.

Please note: The SpryStep Footplate is not suitable for use in shoes without proper instep closure, slip-ons, pumps, or boots with heels over 4 cm. We recommend always using the shoe’s standard insole, an orthopedic insole, or a universal insole over the Thuasne SpryStep Footplate.
