Pelvic pain

Pelvic pain is a common condition that causes pain in the pelvis, lower back, hips, groin, buttocks, or around the pubic bone. Symptoms may develop suddenly after an injury or overuse, or gradually worsen over time. Pelvic pain is common during and after pregnancy but can also be caused by joint problems, muscle conditions, pelvic instability, or other musculoskeletal disorders.
