Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all items sold by us. For some items, the manufacturer’s warranty also applies. Any manufacturer’s warranties are without prejudice to the statutory warranty. The legal guarantee means that the item must do what you can reasonably expect from it within the intended use of the product. The intended term of use strongly depends on the type of product and price / quality ratio. Each warranty application will be assessed specifically, the table below is generally used as a guideline.

If the article shows defects within the user’s term, ProBrace will repair or replace the article free of charge. Where it is not reasonably possible to repair or replace the item, we will refund the purchase price.
Excluded from this warranty scheme are normal wear and tear, defects caused by misuse, external calamity (water damage, dropping, lightning strike, etc.) or use without observing the warnings and operating instructions in the respective manuals.
To invoke our warranty scheme, you must go through the following steps:
- Send your request by e-mail to info@probrace.nl or call +31 (0)85 4011 911.
- State the order number and a clear description of the complaint with clear images.
- You will receive an answer to your question by e-mail within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and legal holidays).
The above guarantee scheme does not affect your other rights under the law.
