Worldwide shipping

ProBrace ships worldwide on request! If the desired destination is not in the overview above, please contact us for a custom quote. Note: Import taxes may still have to be paid in the country of destination.

Evening delivery (only available in the Netherlands)

When you choose the shipping method evening delivery, we apply the policy ‘ordered before 5 p.m., delivered tomorrow’. If you place an order on a working day before 5 p.m., we will present the order to the carrier the same day. Do you order after 5 pm? Then the order will be presented to the carrier on the next working day. The carrier will process the order at the sorting center as soon as possible and deliver it – in all probability – the next working day in the evening at the indicated delivery address. The delivery time may differ per carrier, but usually this is between 5.30 pm – 10.00 pm. Please observe the T&T information on the carrier’s website for this.

Free shipping

For some countries it is possible to get free shipping. However, this differs per country, the order threshold for free shipping per country is indicated in the last column in the table above.

How will your order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via DHL, PostNL of DPD. Depending on your order and destination, if available you will see various shipping options in the check-out. This way you always choose the carrier and the shipping process yourself (mail, letterbox package or package).

Do you need your order urgently? Always choose shipping per package and not letterbox, this is the fastest shipping method. Packages are given priority (when busy) over letterbox packages and letter post by all carriers. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your order.

We ship worldwide and via different carriers, please contact us for the most current shipping rates.

Delivery via (local) carriers

We work with various carriers to ship your order. In some cases, the original carrier may hand over the final stage of delivery (last mile) to a local delivery service. This is done to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Unfortunately, we have no influence over this process. Your shipment will remain fully trackable via the available track & trace information.

Not at home?

Are you not at home when your package is delivered? Then the carrier will try to deliver the package to your immediate neighbors as standard. Is this not possible too? Then the delivery person will leave a message for you. For the most current information, please refer to the Track & Trace information of the carrier.

Collection form ProBrace

Collection from ProBrace is only possible by appointment, within the indicated opening hours. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a collection appointment. The collection is completely free of charge.

Delivery times

ProBrace tries to ship your order (if in stock) within 1 working day and we apply the policy ‘ordered before 17:00 on working days, shipped today! *’ . However, the exact delivery times are stated separately for each product and are visible on the product pages (after choosing the correct product variant). We only process your order after receiving a successful payment. If your product is (temporarily) unavailable or deviates from the standard delivery times, we will inform you about this.

* If you place a successful order and payment at ProBrace before 5 pm, we will ship the order (if in stock) the same working day. In the Netherlands, this shipment is usually delivered the next day. In other countries, depending on the chosen carrier, it may take longer. Unfortunately, no guarantee can be given for timely delivery because we are also dependent on the carrier. The advice is therefore to always place your order in time. It is also possible that shipments from the carrier are delayed. You will be kept informed about this by the Track & Trace page. Without extraordinary factors, you can expect the following delivery schedule:

Cancelation

Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent. If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If ProBrace has already received a payment from you, we will refund the entire purchase price (incl. Shipping costs) within 14 days after cancellation.

Returns / Cooling period

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the order, you have 14 days to return (part of) your order. If you return from the Netherlands, Belgium of Germany, you can return via our return portal. You will find the link to the return portal at the bottom of the last email you received from us, with the subject; “Your order [order number] has been delivered”.

Here you can easily create a shipping label without paying directly, after which you hand in the letterbox package or package at the chosen drop-off point (PostNL or DHL). You pay € 4.95 for returns from the Netherlands, and € 6.95 for returns from Belgium and Germany.

If you return your package from another country you have to arrange the returnshipping yourself.

ProBrace will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated initial shipping and payment costs. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account. The shipping and payment costs are also at your expense when returning a part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping and payment costs are not refundable.

If you choose not to offer your package via our return portal, but to send it to us via a Post Office or other delivery point, you will receive a Track & Trace code. If you choose to send the return without a Track & Trace code, the shipping process is entirely at your own risk. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot check what happened to your return during the shipping process. Therefore, keep this code safe. If the return does not arrive at our place, we can therefore not process your return and any refund.

At ProBrace you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day after delivery. An exception to this are personalized / customized products and all toe items related to hygiene, if the seal is broken. The product can, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and undamaged, in the most original packaging possible. If the returned product shows culpable damage, this will be reasonably deducted from the amount to be refunded. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds / Creditation

The IBAN number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number of which you made the payment to ProBrace. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the products or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. We will refund you with the same payment method as you originally paid, as far as technically possible.
