The completely new Thuasne Genu Ligaflex is the successor to the trusted Ligaflex evolution. The advanced TM5 hinges simulate the natural movement of the knee. Thanks to modern knitting techniques, this brace provides support in the most comfortable way. The brace is available in a long and a short version. The long version distributes the collateral (lateral) pressure better and gives more support.

How to measure
For the correct measurements, measure the circumference of your knee (bent at +/- 70 degrees). See picture. You can then find the correct size in the table below. The brace can be worn on the right or left.

Tips
- Close all Velcro straps after use to prevent excessive wear of the Velcro fasteners.
- Preferably wash by hand and allow to air dry
Use of the Genu Ligaflex
- Open the Velcro straps on the brace
- Slide it over the knee until the kneecap can be felt in the opening provided for this
- Close the Velcro strips, in the order indicated by the amount of dots on the Velcro fasteners (1-4)
- Check that the brace is in the right place in relation to the kneecap; adjust if necessary

Excellent brace, I have grade 3 complete rupture of ACL and did not get surgery. This brace has worked wonders enabling me to play on the court. I have the short version. I got the size just right. The brace is comfortable to wear and strapping mechanism is brilliant it doesn’t slide. Was a bit apprehensive about spending the money on it, I had a cheaper brace with thin wire on sides but it wasnt good at all. The hinges on this one keep my knee well supported. Money well spent

Heb een gescheurde meniscus en vanwege corona is de operatie uitgesteld. Met deze brace kan ik toch vooruit tot die tijd, super brace!!
