I completely agree with Sanna’s review. I also have severe neck osteoarthritis and foramen stenosis. It does take some getting used to, but the pillow conforms to your head and provides good support. I sleep on my back and side. I hardly even have any pain between my shoulder blades. Highly recommended.

This pillow is such a joy! With severe neck osteoarthritis: What a godsend. It takes some getting used to, yes, but I have less radiating pain to my arms and less pinched nerves in my hands (which can get pinched from the neck vertebrae). So: a 10-20% reduction in my pain, which I consider a big deal.
Wow, I can sleep on my back with it—and on my side again. That’s already a 50% increase in what was possible. Great, huh?
