The Souls Footcare Talonette is a heel increase to place in the shoe (s). You can wear it on one side (right OR left), or you can wear it on both sides (right AND left). You can therefore purchase the product individually or in pairs. Wearing a talonette is desirable if you suffer from your heel, such as heel spurs , plantar fasciitis , if you have a leg length difference or if you have problems with your calf muscle or Achilles tendon .
