To select the correct size, measure the circumference of your wrist (see table below).

Maintenance Tips
- Always close the Velcro straps after use to reduce wear and tear.
- You can hand wash the wrist brace with mild detergent and let it air dry. Do not tumble dry or expose to heat sources.
- It is not necessary to remove the aluminum splint when washing.
- The aluminum splint can be easily bent to achieve a perfect fit.
