Heel spur Insoles – Excellent insoles against heel spurs!
These ‘Heel Spur Soles’ are insoles specially developed for complaints in the heel zone. Here one can think of plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the tendon plate) resulting in a heel spur, pain in the heel when walking and jogging, but also complaints around the heel while, for example, working or doing groceries. This Heel Spur Sole is constructed from a silicone inlay with a medial arch support to prevent the foot from collapsing and finished with an easy-care padded cover. In addition, two silicone cushions are built into this insole; one under the heel and one under the forefoot, this to relieve the two largest pressure points under the foot. These pressure points are also the beginning (origo) and the end (insertion) of the tendon plate. This tendon plate is often the problem when talking about a heel spur.

Determine your size
Determining the correct size is very important. These Heel Spurs Arch Supports come in two sizes. Size 1 is from shoe size 36 to 40 and size 2 is from shoe size 41 to 45. After receipt you can cut these heel spur soles to size and place them in your shoe. See the underside of the Heel Spur Sole for cutting the heel spur soles to size or use the sole from your shoe as an example.
NB: Off-the-shelf arch supports are always sold in pairs!
