The Bauerfeind SacroLoc can be used as: back brace, pelvic brace or pelvic band. Due to the optimal support and stability that the brace offers to the lower back, the SacroLoc is seen as the brace for back hernias and support of the pelvic girdle.
The SacroLoc stabilizes and relieves the joint between the ilium and sacrum in acute and chronic pain and is therefore an excellent addition to the treatment of your medical specialist.
The specially designed proprioceptic studs sit on the typical pain points in the lower back and provide a constant massage of the ligaments and muscles in the lower back. This starts the blood flow and muscle stimulation in the lower back. This has a positive effect of promoting healing.
With its flat, anatomical shape, the SacroLoc is hardly noticeable under clothing. The relief effect of the orthosis can be individually adjusted via Velcro straps. The closures are equipped with practical finger openings to apply the orthosis without great physical effort. The SacroLoc combines functionality with high wearing comfort, as the award with the iF product design award 2010 shows.

How to measure
To determine the correct size, measure the circumference 1 cm below the edge of your pelvis. The SacroLoc is suitable for both men and women. If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger size.
