Bauerfeind LumboTrain – Active back support for men!
The Bauerfeind LumboTrain is an elastic back support with a movable back pad with a proprioceptive massage pad. This pad massages the tense muscles and reduces pain complaints in the lower and middle of the back. The comfortable breathable Train fabric guarantees a perfect fit. At the front is a simple Velcro closure with two pull-on loops with which the bandage can also be easily closed.

How to Determine the Size of the Bauerfeind LumboTrain Back Support
The LumboTrain is available in 7 different sizes, so choosing the correct size is important. You can easily determine your size by measuring your circumference at the upper edge of your pelvis. Then refer to the table below to find the correct size.
If you have a very narrow waist, it is better to measure 5 to 10 cm higher. If you have a wider waist, we recommend using the largest circumference measured.
