The Bauerfeind LumboTrain is an elastic back support with a movable back pad with a proprioceptive massage pad. Determining the size of the Bauerfeind Lumbotrain Back bandage
The LumboTrain is available in 7 different sizes, so it is important to determine the correct size. You can easily do this by measuring your circumference at the top edge of your pelvis. Then read the size in the table below.
With a very narrow waist it is better to measure 5 to 10 cm higher. With a wide waist, we advise you to stick to the largest size you measure.
