The Teyder Neoprene Calf Brace is specially designed for injuries to muscles and/or tendons of the lower leg. Do you have pain in your calf muscle, a whiplash, a muscle tear in the calf or a strained calf muscle? This calf brace is made of neoprene, a breathable material that offers you support, provides circular pressure around the lower leg and ensures a quick recovery from (muscle) injuries to the lower leg. In addition, the brace is made of neoprene, to retain body heat, which improves blood circulation in the calf and the complaints decrease faster. This brace can also be worn preventively.

How to measure
The Teyder neoprene calf brace is available in sizes S to XL. You determine the size by measuring the circumference of your calf at the widest point. You can then determine the size in the table below. When in doubt between two sizes, we advise you to choose the largest version.

I bought this brace three years ago, followed by the Visco heel insoles. The specialist at Maasstad Hospital in Rotterdam predicted approximately 8-10 weeks. However, combined with a temporary vegan lifestyle, the calf brace, and the insoles, the torn muscle (almost completely severed) healed completely within 2.5 weeks. Last week, I tore the other leg and immediately used the same products (along with rest), so I’ll probably have my full mobility back next week. One foot on the floor, the other in a slide with the Visco heel insole, which creates a raised position and prevents me from having to extend that leg: ideal!
