Bauerfeind EpiTrain Elbow Brace – Effective against tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow!

Nice name tennis elbow but not always appropriate, because anyone can get it. Due to an overload of the muscles at the back of the forearm, which ensure the extension of the wrist and fingers. And who doesn’t use their arms and hands? Lifting, shaking hands, housekeeping, are just a few examples where such pain can be experienced. Prevent overload with an elbow bandage!

The Bauerfeind EpiTrain elbow bandage contains the material and shape of the active Train® bandages that were awarded the iF product design award in 2007. The breathable, skin-friendly knit adapts to any body movement without slipping or jamming. The material on the edges of the bandage is therefore much softer and more elastic than in the core.

Two visco-elastic pads provide a comfortable and pain-relieving pressure on the affected muscle bellies. As a result, the irritated attachments of the tendons will be loaded differently, making them less painful. In combination with the elastic compression strap, the EpiTrain can also provide a counterforce brace effect for tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow.

NB: the elastic strap for extra compression is included for free and can be used to add targeted counterforce brace compression!

How to measure the Bauerfeind EpiTrain elbow brace

To determine the correct size, measure the circumference of your forearm 12 cm from the tip of your elbow. The EpiTrain elbow support can be worn on both the left and the right arm and is available in the colors Beige, Titanium/Grey and Black.

Washing and care instructions

To maintain the performance, fit and lifespan of your brace, we recommend following the care instructions below.

• Hand wash up to 30°C: Wash the brace by hand only in cold or lukewarm water (maximum 30°C) using a mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash: This brace is not suitable for machine washing, including delicate or wool programmes.
• Do not bleach: Do not use bleach, as it may damage the material.
