The Genutrain S is a sturdy knee brace with adjustable Velcro straps above and below the knee (recommended for an unstable / insecure knee) and plastic ribs on the sides of the knee, to stabilize the knee joint.
GenuTrain S Knee Brace – The hybrid below the knee braces!
Almost everyone experiences knee pain in the front of the knee joint at some point. It is a common form of knee pain. Knee pain usually arises at the front of the knee joint due to extra stress on the knee and the adjacent knee ligaments, cruciate ligaments and muscles.
The active GenuTrain S knee brace with hinged rigid ribs supports the knee joint in the event of mild instability, arthritis or gonarthrosis. An integrated ring-shaped viscoelastic pad encloses the patella and reduces knee pain at the front of the knee joint. The combination of hinges and non-elastic Velcro straps of the GenuTrain S give the knee extra support.

The Genutrain S is available in three different colours. Titan (grey), Black or Natur. If you would like a color other than Titan (standard), please indicate this in the ‘comments’ box during the ordering process.
How to measure
You can easily determine the correct size GenuTrain S yourself. For this it is best to stand and keep your leg bent 30 degrees. Then you measure:
1. Lower leg circumference at 12 cm below the knee joint
2. Thigh circumference at 14 cm above the knee joint
You can then easily determine the correct size in the table below.
